The TANI Regional Network Meeting was held on 20 August at Western Springs Garden Community Hall, facilitated by Vishal Rishi and supported by TANI staff and placement students.

We welcomed three speakers: Sonja Tomovska from Auckland Council’s Election Team; Jaden Movold, Athlete / Ambassador / Advocate; and Katrina Fletcher, National Service Manager at Carers NZ. (Laurie Hilsgen, CEO of Carers NZ, was also scheduled to present but was unable to attend on the day.)

All presentations were informative and engaging, with attendees actively participating and asking questions at the end of each session.

Overall, the event ran smoothly and to schedule, and the catering was well received by many.
